Booking a neon sign and other party equipment from Neon Sign Hire Brisbane is a straightforward process designed to make your event planning seamless. To get started, you can either visit our online booking page on our website or contact us directly. Once you have put through your booking, we will send you a hire form. This form allows you to provide all the essential details about your event, such as the location, start time, and bump-in time. It also includes a section for any specific requirements you may have. After you submit the hire form, we will take care of contacting your venue (if applicable) to confirm all the necessary details, ensuring everything goes smoothly on the day of your event. Finally, you will receive a final confirmation from us once everything is in place. This process ensures that your event will shine bright with our eye-catching neon signs, arbors, shimmer walls, and floral arrangements.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If rain or high winds occur during your outdoor event, it is important to take action to protect our rental items. Neon signs, shimmer walls, and floral arrangements should be either sheltered from the elements or moved to an indoor location to prevent damage. This will ensure that the items remain in excellent condition throughout your event and avoid any additional charges for weather-related damages. We recommend having a contingency plan in place for inclement weather when planning the setup of these decorative items.
