Our neon hire packages include a wide range of items to help make your event special, such as neon signs, arbors, backdrops, shimmer walls, and floral arrangements. We also provide setup and delivery services included in your hire.
Yes, we include delivery services within 30 kms of our Capalaba base. We offer delivery outside this area for a small fee, please contact us for more information.
The per item hire price covers a standard minimum hire period of 24hrs and maximum of up to 72hrs.
For longer multi-day hires, you can get in touch with us for a quote.
We normally deliver your items up to 24hrs prior to the start time of your event.

We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients. In line with Australian safety requirements, our neon signs are carefully inspected and professionally tested, tagged, and meet SAA approval standard. Additionally, we provide clear instructions for safe setup and use to prevent any accidents.
We also have $10million Public Liability Insurance and are able to provide a certificate of currency for this (required by some venues).
We do not create balloon garlands ourselves. However, we collaborate closely with professional balloon artists who can add a spectacular balloon garland to your hire package. We're more than happy to assist in coordinating this addition for you. If you prefer, you are also welcome to arrange your own balloon decorations. Our goal is to help make your event shine as brightly and brilliantly as possible, so feel free to reach out with any specific requirements or ideas you have in mind.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your rental reservation, cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non refundable.
You can cancel up to 7 days before your event. However, if you cancel less than 7 days before the event, we regret to inform you that 100% of the total rental cost will be incurred and no refunds will be provided. This policy helps us manage our bookings and maintain the quality of service for all our customers. Whether you're renting our eye-catching neon signs, elegant arbours, shimmer walls, or floral arrangements, we strive to make your event planning as smooth and flexible as possible.
Either full pre-payment or at least a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder isn't due until 7 days prior to the event.
We keep it simple and upfront with our pricing—no hidden fees, promise. When you rent neon signs, arbors, shimmer walls, or floral arrangements from us, it's all included. Here's what you won't have to worry about:

We currently do not offer self-hire for packages due to insurance and liability requirements and the nature of the items we hire. To ensure the safety and proper installation of our products, we send a trained staff member to deliver and set up the neon signs, arbors, shimmer walls, and floral arrangements at no extra cost. This way, we can guarantee that your event will shine bright with our eye-catching decorations, installed correctly and safely. We do offer a dry hire for neon signs only where we require a security deposit and 2 forms of ID (such as a Drivers Licence and Medicare card)
